  1. Rewards can only be earned and redeemed when the account is active and in good standing. Rewards are earned on qualifying net purchases (spend), which are purchases minus returns. Back

My Synovus supports the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and any previous versions that are still supported by Microsoft, Google, Mozilla, and Apple respectively. Use of the My Synovus mobile app requires your mobile service provider’s data and /or text plan. Message and data rates may apply. Back
  3. Your Dynamic Earn category will default to gas purchases. You will have until the last day of the current quarter to change your selection for the following quarter. Back
  4. Rewards can be redeemed and applied as a statement credit toward the balance of the credit card account and do not replace monthly payments; or can be deposited to a Synovus Bank personal checking or savings account. Back

You may transfer points (not account credits) to Synovus Rewards Visa, Synovus Travel Rewards Visa, Synovus Travel Rewards Visa Signature, Synovus Business Rewards Visa, or Synovus Business Travel Rewards Visa Credit Card accounts. Transferring points is free and can be initiated through synovus.com on the rewards page or by calling the Redemption Center. Points may be transferred in any amount (up to the total points balance) and can only be transferred to card accounts that are open and in good standing. Back

On purchases, balance transfers and overdraft protection transactions, a 0% introductory APR for the first 6 months from account opening and after that a variable APR of 15.99%-24.99% (as of October 31, 2025), based on your creditworthiness and other factors. On Cash Advances (except overdraft protection transactions), a variable APR of 24.99% (as of October 31, 2025). The cash advance transaction fee is 5% of the cash advance ($10 minimum), except on overdraft protection transactions, for which on consumer cards is 5% of the amount of the overdraft protection transaction, with a minimum of $5. The foreign transaction fee is 3% of the transaction (including transactions made in U.S. dollars and cross border transactions). The foreign fee does not apply to the Travel Rewards card. Back
  7. Any vehicle with wheels is covered under the program as long as it can be classified as ‘Light Duty’. ‘Light Duty’ vehicles are vehicles that weigh 10,000 lbs. or less. Vehicles weighing more than 10,000 lbs. are considered ‘Medium Duty’ or ‘Heavy Duty’ and are NOT covered under this program. Back
  8. Visa’s Zero Liability policy does not apply to certain commercial card and anonymous prepaid card transactions or transactions not processed by Visa. Cardholders must use care in protecting their card and notify their issuing financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. Contact your issuer for more detail. Financial institutions may exclude from the Zero Liability policy a transaction made by a person authorized to transact business on the account and/or a transaction made by a cardholder that exceeds the authority given by the account owner.
