Upcoming changes
We'll reach out whenever there's anything coming that'll affect you directly or if action is needed on your part. But, here are some updates you
can go ahead and put on your calendar.
As we complete our transition, you may see both the Synovus and Pinnacle brands. Please continue to visit your local Synovus office for your daily banking needs.
How we scale with soul
The assumption is always that growing resources and capabilities come at the cost of that human touch people want from their financial institution. We’re showing you don’t have to pick between the two.
What’s staying the same
As we continue to come together as one firm, you’ll see that while some things are evolving, we’re doubling down on the things that have
always worked and that you value.
What's happened so far
Synovus and Pinnacle Financial Partners began operating as a single firm on January 2, 2026. We'll complete our full transition to Pinnacle by
early 2027. But in the meantime, we've already started incorporating the Pinnacle brand at local events, on social media and as part of our
legacy sponsorships, beginning with five-time PGA Tour winner Russell Henley.

A new voice in Client Care
Now when you call 888-796-6887, you will hear a new voice instead of our virtual agent, “Jamie.” After you state your reason for calling, you’ll be directed to a self-serve menu or a Client Care team member for assistance. If you choose the self-serve option, you can say things like:
“Please check my balance.”
“I need to lock my card.”
“How much interest have I accrued YTD?”
“What is my loan payoff date?”
We look forward to assisting you.
Please be aware
Major announcements can attract scammers who know clients are expecting updates. We’ll never call, email or text to ask for personal information, login credentials or computer access. If you receive an unusual request, don’t respond. Call us directly at 888-796-6887 to report the incident.
