Already a My Synovus user? You’re in luck. All you have to do is sit pretty and you’ll see the expanded functionality roll out starting in April. First time enrolling My Synovus? No problem—follow the steps below.

Enroll in a few simple steps

  1. Ensure enrollment goes as smoothly as possible by confirming your phone number is correct. Call 1-888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say, “Online and Mobile Banking” and select “Other” to speak to a Customer Service representative.
  2. Head to My Synovus today and create a new account, as your CardView username and password will not transfer to My Synovus.
  3. Download the mobile app to familiarize yourself with My Synovus.
  4. In April, you'll be able to access all expanded credit card features in My Synovus.
