- Ensure enrollment goes as smoothly as possible by confirming your phone number is correct. Call 1-888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say, “Online Banking” and select “Other” to speak to a Customer Service representative.
- Head to My Synovus today and create a new account, as your CardView username and password will not transfer to My Synovus.
- Download the mobile app to familiarize yourself with My Synovus.
- Enjoy access to all the expanded credit card features now in My Synovus.
