Community Reinvestment Act Public File

In 1977 Congress enacted the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) to encourage financial institutions to meet the credit needs of communities where they do business, including neighborhoods with low to moderate incomes.

This required CRA Public File is easily accessible and shows how we meet the needs of the communities we serve.

The information below is current as of April 1 each year.

As a result of the recent merger between Pinnacle Bank and Synovus Bank, our institution is now operating under the name Pinnacle Bank, effective January 2, 2026. We have updated our CRA Public File to reflect changes in our branch network, assessment areas, and services.
