- My Synovus, ATMs and Touchtone Banking all offer easy ways to check balances and transfer funds should you need to access your account on-the-go or send money to a loved one in the affected area.
- Make sure you are enrolled in My Synovus and know your username and password. You may want to take a minute to update your settings to allow your security code to be sent by text instead of receiving a call to a landline.
- Please be sure we have your most up-to-date contact information on file in case we need to reach you.
- If you are a business customer and find your access to online services disrupted, please call us for help at 1-888-SYNOVUS for assistance completing critical business tasks.
