Patrick K. Maffett

As a Portfolio Manager, Patrick offers a wide range of investment solutions designed to assist Synovus clients in meeting their goals while navigating global markets, economic cycles, and news headlines. Patrick serves exclusively as a fiduciary investment portfolio manager specializing in market strategy insights, strategic and tactical asset allocation, open-architecture investment solutions, and long-term investment strategy for a wide range of Synovus clients.

Before joining Synovus, Patrick was a fiduciary investment portfolio manager and the investment analyst team leader for the southeast supporting billions of dollars of client assets at Truist. He began his career as an investment strategist at a boutique registered investment advisory firm.

Patrick holds a BS from Georgia Tech with a certificate in Finance and MBA from Kennesaw State. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

Patrick lives in metro Atlanta with his wife and two children. He stays active across his local community, enjoys spending time with family, and serves as a Captain in the Army Reserve.
