Step 1 Download the My Synovus app1 from the App Store® or Google Play®. Step 2 Click “Enroll” or “First time logging in” to get started. Step 3 Then, follow the prompts. Step 4 Verify your identity by entering the requested information. Step 5 Follow the guidelines to create a unique username and strong password. Step 6 Select a security question from the dropdown menu and enter the answer. Step 7 Review the My Synovus Banking Services Agreement and check the box to accept the Terms of Service. Step 8 Follow the prompts to select the account(s) you want to go paperless.
That’s it, you’re enrolled in My Synovus. If you didn’t choose to go paperless today, you can switch at any time.
Once you are paperless, you will start receiving emails when your statement is ready to review. Depending on your paperless statements
enrollment date, you may receive one additional statement through the mail.
