Visa Personal Debit Card

If you are issued a Visa Personal debit card1 with us, then you automatically receive the following Visa benefits:

• Personal Identity Theft Protection: This Visa benefit reimburses you up to $2,500 for costs you incur if your identity is stolen or fraudulently used. To file a claim, please call Visa at 1-866-679-5660. For full details, please read the Visa Personal Identity Theft Benefit Guide.
• Lost/Stolen Card Reporting: You can report a lost or stolen card 24/7 by contacting Visa at 1-800-847-2911. Visa will block your card and get a new card issued and shipped to you within 24 to 72 hours.

Visa Platinum Debit Card

If you are issued a Visa Platinum debit card,2 then you’ll enjoy the two Visa benefits listed above plus:

• Price Protection: If you make a purchase with your Visa Platinum Debit Card and then, within 60 days, locate an advertisement for the identical item at a lower cost, Visa will refund the difference to you (up to $250) between the purchase price and the advertised price. To file a claim, please call Visa at 1-800-553-7520.
• Purchase Security: If a personal property item you purchased with your Visa Platinum Debit Card is stolen or damaged (by fire, vandalism, water, or weather) within 90 days of purchase, Visa will replace, repair, or reimburse you for that item (up to $500). Just call 1-800-553-4820 to file a claim.
• Lost Luggage Reimbursement: When you take a trip and pay for the tickets with your Visa Platinum Debit Card, Visa will reimburse you up to $1,250 if your checked luggage is lost. You can file a claim by calling 1-800-757-1274.
• Warranty Manager Service: This benefit helps you manage, use, and even extend the warranties of eligible items purchased with your Visa Platinum Debit Card. To register eligible purchases, just call 1-800-551-8472. Visa will also keep the item’s sales receipt and warranty information on file for you, so you never have to worry about finding them if you need to file a warranty claim.
• Visa Concierge Services: Get complimentary information and recommendations for travel and entertainment services, whether you’re at home or away. Just call Visa Concierge Services at 1-800-895-8518.

Visa Business Debit Card

Our Visa Business debit card customers receive the following benefits, all at no cost to you:

• Lost/Stolen Card Reporting: You can report a lost or stolen card 24/7 by contacting Visa at 1-800-847-2911. Visa will block your card and get a new card issued and shipped to you within 24 to 72 hours.
• Visa Liability Waiver: If you are an employer, the Visa Liability Waiver protects your company from possible card misuse by employees who are ultimately terminated, up to $100,000 per cardholder. This benefit covers eligible transactions billed or incurred within 75 days before, or up to 14 days after, notification of employee termination.
• Travel and Emergency Assistance Services: Just by being a Visa Business Debit Cardholder, you (along with your spouse and dependent children) have 24/7 access to Visa’s Travel and Emergency Assistance Services. These services include pre-trip assistance (such as help obtaining visas or immunizations); assistance with medical referrals, emergency transportation, or legal referrals; emergency ticket replacement, and more. • Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver: When you rent a vehicle using your Visa Business Debit Card, this benefit provides you with reimbursement up to the actual cash value of the vehicle as it was originally manufactured. To file a claim, please call 1-800-348-8472.
• Price Protection: If you make a purchase with your Visa Business Debit Card and then, within 60 days, locate an advertisement for the identical item at a lower cost, Visa will refund the difference to you (up to $250) between the purchase price and the advertised price. • Purchase Security and Extended Protection: This benefit automatically protects many new retail purchases that you make with your Visa Business Debit Card.
