Since beginning his banking career more than 35 years ago, Philip has actively helped local individuals and businesses to thrive, first as a branch manager, later as a commercial lender, and now as a chief credit officer. He likes to supplement important family time with the occasional golf game. “Each round offers great challenges, teaches integrity and quenches a competitive thirst,” he says.

When grandchildren prompted Jackie’s move to the South, the native Midwesterner brought along decades of experience at both regional banks and credit unions. A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University and proud member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society, with an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, Jackie’s tireless self-improvement stems from her belief that leadership comes with a commitment to coaching, teaching and leading by example.

Sharon McNair

Sharon joined Synovus in 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Troy University, where she is currently pursuing her master’s in organizational management. Sharon finds her passion in building relationships with Synovus clients in her community and beyond and helping them reach their full potential. A proud inductee of the National Society for Leadership and Success, Sharon and her husband, Marcus, have three children. In her spare time, you can find her on horseback or riding an all-terrain vehicle, planning her next travel getaway, watching “Wheel of Fortune” and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
