Market President

An Augusta native, Heath has called Columbus home for the past 19 years. He joined CB&T in 1997, and over the years has earned a diploma from Georgetown University’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, an MBA at Columbus State University and designation as a registered mortgage broker. With this background in banking and business, he’s well prepared to assist affluent clients with wealth management, home ownership and business planning needs. Outside the office, Heath is an active contributor to the community. He has helped lead fundraising campaigns for United Way and the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, as well as supporting the Upatoi Polo Cup and the Steeplechase at Callaway Gardens.

Joshua A. Dunlap

Director, Private Wealth Management

Josh joined Synovus in 1995 and has nearly 25 years of financial experience. “I’m in the business of making friends and deepening long-standing relationships, and banking is the function that allows me to do that daily,” Josh says. “Synovus has the best mix of corporate culture coupled with products and services to allow me to partner with families and companies in fulfilling their long-term goals.”
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University and graduated from the University of Georgia Banking School. Raised in Columbus, Josh and his wife, Claire, have five children. In his free time, Josh enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and traveling.
