Reid Boehm
Market Executive
South Coastal Region
Reid first joined Synovus in 2013, after graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management. Before being appointed as market executive of the South Coastal Region in 2020, he served as vice president and commercial banker in the area. Reid loves working with Synovus because of the people: both colleagues and customers. He feels surrounded by family in the office and values his involvement in his customers’ lives. He has been honored in the Synovus Chairman’s Circle of Excellence in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Reid lives in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife Josie and their two dogs. In his free time, Reid can be found on the Wando River, watching college football, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.

Jarred Overcash
Regional Retail Sales ManagerSouth Carolina
Jarred joined Synovus in 2018 bringing 20 years of banking experience with him. He earned a Business Administration and Management degree from the College of Charleston, where he also played baseball. Jarred is motivated by building effective relationships with everyone in the industry, whether competitor, customer, peer, team member, direct report or prospect. He has been successful at coaching his team to a high performance of helping customers reach their financial goals. When not working, Jarred enjoys fishing, family beach trips and supporting his 4 daughters’ athletic activities.

Jason Christopher
Private Wealth Advisor
A native South Carolinian, Jason has 12 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Synovus, he was an Assistant Vice President Branch Manager, Vice President Retail Sales Manager, and Vice President Private/Premier Relationship Banker with First Citizens Bank. Jason earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, from Furman University, in Greenville, SC. He has FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and is licensed in S.C. as an Accident and Health Insurance Producer.
In his free time, he is an avid runner.

William Quantz
Wholesale Relationship Manager
William joined Synovus in 2018 with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Originally from New Orleans, William completed his undergraduate education at the University of Virginia before earning a Masters degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina. He joined Synovus because he appreciates that it is a large enough bank to offer a wide variety of products and services but still small enough to focus on relationships and community. William enjoys providing proactive and creative advice to his clients to help them achieve their goals.
He is married with one son. In his free time, he likes playing golf, spending time with his family, walking their dog, and cooking and grilling on the Big Green Egg.

Matthew Nodtvedt
Senior Director, Alternative Energy BankingFor Matthew P. Nodtvedt, banking is a rewarding and noble profession. “So much depends on our ability to allocate capital responsibly. Our communities thrive when we do it effectively,” he says. He knows that with access to the right financial resources and knowledge, people can accomplish amazing things. “It’s both exciting and humbling to contribute towards the achievement of someone’s goals,” he says. “Charleston is a remarkable place and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a career in the long-term economic success of my hometown.” This lifelong resident of the Lowcountry was raised on Isle of Palms and attended Porter-Gaud School and Clemson University. He relocated back to Charleston in 2009, where he has been a commercial banker ever since. A graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at The University of Pennsylvania (where he also earned the Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education), he resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, two children and dog.
