Market President

While he was in college and working part-time, Buddy decided he wanted to be banker to help people realize their dream of owning a business. Now more than 42 years later, Buddy is still committed to ensuring the residents in his hometown Americus and Sumter County receive exceptional banking services. A graduate of Georgia Southwestern College and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Buddy has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Synovus Wings Award for Top Sales Producer 2008, Synovus Winner’s Award 2007, and President’s Award for Excellence 1997. When he isn’t working, Buddy enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown daughters, golfing, and working in his yard.
