Aquí Nos Family Picnic makes room for more families

This year the table gets bigger with families from Synovus and Pinnacle Financial Partners coming together at the Aquí Nos Family Picnic to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

Team members and their loved ones have gathered at the picnic hosted by the Aquí Nos Employee Resource Group for all team members who want to take part. It’s a day when culture comes to life.

Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes the history, culture and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. The picnic has become one of the signature ways team members mark it. There’s food, music and games. And the warmth of family runs through all of it. Families share favorite dishes and stories, creating lasting memories for everyone.

“Bringing families together to celebrate our culture, strengthen friendships and build a sense of unity feels like home,” said Rudy Sosa-Febo, Merritt Island, Florida, office leader, who also leads the Aquí Nos ERG. “Seeing our families gathered around a domino table, sharing great food, dancing, laughing and watching our children run around with huge smiles on their faces is incredibly rewarding. Those moments remind us that our firm is more than a group of professionals. We're a family.”

For Pinnacle team members and their families, they will pull up a chair for the first time. Many will meet teammates over a plate of food rather than a screen.
