Because law makers failed to pass a budget on Friday, February 13, a partial government shutdown is now in effect. If your finances are impacted, we understand this can be a challenging time, and we're dedicated to helping you navigate these challenges.
Here are some of the ways we’re helping:
- Early withdrawal penalty fees will be waived on CDs if funds are needed prior to maturity. Visit your local branch for assistance.
- Consumer and Small Business credit card payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Call us at 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say “personal credit card” or “business credit card” to discuss your options.
- Loan payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Please contact your banker directly or call 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887).
