We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to sign-up for Synovus’s Web Image, our new digital solution to support electronic imaging needs.

Synovus Web Image

Web Image allows you to securely and conveniently download monthly statements and image files via an external MobileViewer within our ImageCentre module. Web Image requires an Analyzed Primary Account and enrollment in Synovus GatewaySM digital commercial banking.

Web Image features:

  • Complete Access to monthly statements, return/ISF notices, deposit correction notices, and transactional items such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Ease of research to locate specific items/transactions for single or all accounts.
  • Retention is controlled by you once the zip files are downloaded.
  • Bulk Statements provide the ability to view and print PDF files for single or all accounts.
  • No additional software is needed for Web Image.
  • No more physical storage needed as Web Image is a digital service.

Convenience

You receive a monthly file sent directly to your organization’s Web Image online dashboard.

Each monthly file includes statements, notices (returns, deposit adjustments, stop payments), and transactional item images.

Eliminates the need for physical storage.

Retention

Each monthly image file may be accessed for as many years as desired by your organization’s retention policy.

Accessibility

Statements may be downloaded for multiple accounts at once.

Export capability

Images of statements or items can be exported into a PDF or printed.

Multiple account images and / or statements may be exported into a single file.

View, search and print options

Zoom in and out functionality for each file, and images may also be rotated or inverted as needed.

Print capability for all files.

Items may be located by account number, date range, serial number, amount, or type (credit or debit).
