Orlando to Tampa Mail Forwarding Extended through November 30, 2023

To prevent interruption to receivables processing following your organization’s Lockbox move, mail has been delivered by courier from your Orlando remittance address to your Tampa P.O. Box since April 3. Courier delivery will end on November 30, 2023, and mail to the Orlando P.O. Box will be designated as Return to Sender.

Please ensure your remitters have your current organizational P.O. Box address. A template communication is provided below to assist you in notifying those remitters who have not already updated your address. Should your organization have multiple Tampa P.O. Boxes, please ensure your remitters have all current addresses for remittances. There will be no courier extension beyond November 30.
