Orlando Lockbox Facility Relocating to Tampa Effective April 3; P.O. Box Address Changes
To centralize processing and better accommodate volume, the Orlando Lockbox facility in Longwood, Florida will relocate to Tampa effective April 3, 2023. Below is everything you need to know about this change.
New address for overnight mail processing
Below is the new Tampa facility address for FedEx/UPS overnight mail processing:

New P.O. Box address for remittance receipt to be issued
Your assigned P.O. Box address used for Lockbox remittance also will change as of April 3. Your Synovus representative will provide the new address via email. If you do not receive your new P.O. Box by March 27, please contact Synovus Customer Care at 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say “Lockbox.”
Mail forwarding to remain in place through August 31
Please note, mail will be delivered by courier from your Orlando remittance address to your new Tampa P.O. Box through August 31, 2023, to prevent interruption to receivables processing. Template communications are provided below to assist you in notifying remitters of your new organizational P.O. Box address.
