Commercial real estate leader’s tenacity grows business relationships

Johnny Vance helped a client refinance this downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, Courtyard Marriott hotel. 

Johnny Vance, senior director of hospitality banking group at Synovus, shares that he approaches his role with the determination of a wolf. His persistence and adaptability helped him successfully close a significant refinancing deal with a hotelier after years of relationship building.
