Synovus named a 2023 Top Workplace by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

COLUMBUS, Ga. – March 22, 2023 – For the fourth consecutive year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) has named Synovus among Atlanta’s top workplaces.

The AJC Top Workplaces list is based solely on feedback from an anonymous third-party survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology company. The survey, which was completed in late 2022, measured 15 cultural drivers of successful organizations. The drivers included alignment, execution and connection.

The AJC will reveal the official rankings and special award winners during the Top Workplaces Awards Ceremony on August 10. The rankings will then be highlighted in the August 13 edition of the AJC.
