Synovus Senior Leader Development Program Wins 2022 Human Capital Management Excellence Award

Columbus, Ga., September 19, 2022 – Synovus Bank has been named a 2022 Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards winner for the design, implementation, and execution of its virtual senior leader development program, Catalyst on Demand. In partnership with TrainingPros, Synovus won a bronze award in the leadership development category.

The program also includes competency assessments, curated content, and a certification program.
