As president and CEO of The Family Office at Synovus, Dunlevie directs all aspects of the line of business with a focus on client service, long-term business strategy, new business development, and financial performance. She also leads collaborative efforts to plan, develop, and implement strategies that deliver exceptional services supporting family enterprises. Dunlevie has spent her entire financial services career with Synovus, joining the bank in 2002 as a management associate. She joined The Family Office as a Family Office advisor in 2004 and was named managing director in 2014. In February of this year, Synovus changed Dunlevie's title to president and CEO, reflecting the prominence of The Family Office in Synovus’ overall client strategy. Dunlevie, a Phi Beta Kappa, holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In conjunction with Dunlevie's recent title change, The Family Office at Synovus established a new executive leadership team and promoted several individuals into key roles. Michael Clark, senior vice president and chief operating officer, and Robert Persons, senior vice president and director of advisory services, joined Michael Sluder, senior vice president and chief investment officer, to form the leadership team.
