Health and Safety
Workplace Security and Safety Policy
We provide a secure and safe environment for team members, customers, and third-party service providers, and we protect physical and digital assets enterprise wide. Our Corporate Security and Safety Policy establishes effective security and safety standards and procedures, in compliance with the Bank Protection Act and industry best practices. All team members, contractors, part-time and temporary workers are covered by the policy and must comply with associated processes and procedures.
Safety programs are managed by their respective lines of business, with responsibility to follow legal and regulatory components, and overarching accountability provided by the Executive Management Committee and Board of Directors.
Training and Preparedness
Our Team Member Guide highlights our obligation to provide a safe workplace and to protect team members, customers, and vendors. Any use of threats, threatening behavior (including bullying), violence, force, or intimidation is prohibited.
The Team Member Guide also establishes team member accountability for responding to emergencies and reporting a safety concern or violation that is not an emergency. In addition to a manager, safety monitor or security officer, team members can anonymously report concerns via our confidential Hotline, which is available 24/7.
All team members complete safety and compliance training and acknowledge Team Member Guide policies on an annual basis.
Health and Benefits
To protect and support the health and safety of team members, we offer comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision health care plans, telemedicine, and supplemental insurance products. We also provide additional benefits and training programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans with 401K match, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and parental leave. To ensure we offer competitive pay ranges for our team members, we regularly assess and adjust to market. We currently provide a $20 minimum wage for all team members.
Our paid time off (PTO) policy provides team members with flexible paid time off from work to be used for such needs as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, school, volunteerism, and other activities of the team member’s choice. We also offer generous leave for team members and family care if eligibility requirements are met.
More information about our benefits program can be found on our careers website.
