We’re excited to announce the transition of your FCB accounts to Synovus is complete, and you’re now a full member of the Synovus family. Welcome! We truly appreciate your patience over the past few months as our banks came together as one, and we thank you for being our customer.

We’ve sent you a lot of information over the past few months on what to expect and when. Here are some resources to help you continue to learn about Synovus and answer some of your top questions, like “how do I log in?” and “when will I get my debit card?”

Your use of My Synovus online banking, mobile banking, and other account access services is governed by the My Synovus Agreement and Digital Banking Schedule of Fees and Charges.

  1. Use of the My Synovus mobile app requires your mobile service provider's data and /or text plan. Message and data rates may apply. Back
  2. Minimum system requirements: For mobile apps, iOS® 11 and above or Android™ version 5 and above. My Synovus supports the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and any previous versions that are still supported by Microsoft, Google, Mozilla, and Apple respectively.   3. Account Transaction Limitations for Savings and Money Market Accounts — Savings and Money Market accounts may have no more than six (6) debit transactions per month or monthly statement cycle. A debit transaction is a check, debit/check card transaction, transfer, or pre-authorized transfer, including those made by phone or modem. Unlimited transactions are permitted if made by the customer in person, by mail, through an ATM or by phone if the check is mailed to the customer. If an account continually exceeds the allowed debit transactions, we may convert it to a checking account. 

  4. Individual, daily, and monthly transfer limits apply and will be described within the External Transfers service. Fees may apply for transfers to another financial institution. Back
  5. Not all checks are eligible for mobile deposit. Please see your My Synovus Agreement or the FAQ for a list of ineligible checks. 

  6. Mobile Deposits: There is no limit on the number of checks that can be deposited through Mobile Deposit. Deposit amount limits apply and are described within the My Synovus Agreement. Deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Deposits made before 7 p.m. ET on business days are generally available within 3 business days. 

  7. Individual, daily, and monthly payment limits apply and are described within the Pay People service in My Synovus. In addition, you must have at least $100 remaining in your account following any payment. Pay People payments sent through My Synovus to an email address must be less than $100 per payment.

  8. Requires enrollment in the Bill Pay service through My Synovus.
