Just like you, we have our eyes on potential severe weather as it approaches our footprint. No matter where you live in the Southeast, you’re probably thinking about how the storms will impact your family, neighbors, and business.
Many of our branches and team members could experience storm damage, power outages, etc. As a result, we’re actively monitoring if and when any locations must be closed or adjust hours. We’ll keep you updated on branch hours and closures outside of normally-scheduled hours on this page.
My Synovus, ATMs and Touchtone Banking all offer easy ways to check balances and transfer funds should you need to access your account on-the-go or send money to a loved one in the storm area.
Make sure you are enrolled in My Synovus and know your username and password. You may want to take a minute to update your settings to allow your security code to be sent by text instead of receiving a call to a landline.
Please be sure we have your most up-to-date contact information on file in case we need to reach you.
If you or your family find yourselves displaced due to the weather, please remember we have locations across the region. Search for branch and ATM locations online or through the My Synovus app.
If you are a business customer and find your access to online services disrupted, please call us for help at 1-888-SYNOVUS for assistance completing critical business tasks.
We’re committed to being here for you before and during the storm. We’ll also post updates to Facebook and Twitter as weather conditions progress.
