We have received your CD application
We’ll need a few more things to finalize your account, so please check the email address you provided by the end of the next business day for instructions on how to submit the following via our secure tool, DocuSign:
- Electronic copy of your selected form of ID(s) (Driver’s License, State Issued ID, Passport, etc.)
- Electronic copy of a bank statement, dated within the last 60 days, from the account used to fund your CD
- Your electronic signature on required forms and disclosures
Once we’ve reviewed the items requested above and your funds have been transferred, your Synovus CD account will be open.

If we do not receive the required documentation or funds within 10 days of request, we will close your application. If your application is declined, we will notify you via email.
