Norman Collins

Retail Market Lead

Norm joined the Synovus family in 2008, bringing more than three decades of banking experience with him. He is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, and holds a degree in Business Management from Arkansas State University.

Norm is passionate about building both personal and professional relationships with his clients, whether they are business owners looking to better manage their cash or young couples planning for the future. He believes that serving the members of his local community is a way for him to give back to those who have given so much to him. Norm lives in Bluffton with his wife, Carole, and they have two sons. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, fishing, and going to the beach, as well as rooting for the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Atlanta Braves.

Reid Boehm

Market Executive
South Coastal Region

Reid first joined Synovus in 2013, after graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management. Before being appointed as market executive of the South Coastal Region in 2020, he served as vice president and commercial banker in the area. Reid loves working with Synovus because of the people: both colleagues and customers. He feels surrounded by family in the office and values his involvement in his customers’ lives. He has been honored in the Synovus Chairman’s Circle of Excellence in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Reid lives in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife Josie and their two dogs. In his free time, Reid can be found on the Wando River, watching college football, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
