Link began her Career with Synovus in 2001 as Wealth Management Marketing Director. She was promoted to Corporate Marketing Director in 2007 and assumed company-wide marketing responsibilities after the bank consolidation in 2011. She has spent her entire career in bank marketing and led community banking advertising strategies at Barnett Bank, acquisition communications for NationsBank as well as the reinvigoration of Riggs Bank’s 150-year-old brand.

As Director of Marketing, Link is responsible for all marketing strategy, advertising, branding, sponsorships, customer research, and customer segmentation. She leads the corporate marketing team, which is responsible for all customer communications and works with all lines of business including the market-level marketing teams to manage the Synovus master brand and its 29 bank brands.
