- Synovus fees will be refunded when customers use other banks' ATMs in affected areas during this time.
- Per our standard check cashing policy, impacted Synovus customers will not be charged to cash checks issued by FEMA.
- Loan payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Please contact your banker directly or call 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887).
- If you have questions about your mortgage payments or need payment relief assistance, please contact Mortgage Customer Service at 800-803-0803.
- Consumer and Small Business credit card payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Call us at 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say “personal credit card” or “business credit card” to discuss your options.
