Just like you, we have our eyes on Hurricane Ida as the storm makes progress toward the Gulf Coast. No matter where you live in the Southeast, you’re probably thinking about how the storm could impact your family, neighbors, and business.
We’re actively monitoring if and when any locations must be closed or adjust hours. We’ll keep you updated on branch hours and closures outside of normally-scheduled hours on this page.
Should the need arise, please remember we have locations across the region, including Synovus ATMs. Search for branch and ATM locations online or through the My Synovus app.
My Synovus, ATMs, and Touchtone Banking all offer easy ways to check balances and transfer funds should you need to access your account during the storm or send money to a loved one in the affected areas.
Make sure you are enrolled in My Synovus and know your username and password. You may want to take a minute to update your settings to allow your security code to be sent by text instead of receiving a call to a landline.
Please be sure we have your most up-to-date contact information on file in case we need to reach you.
If you are a business customer and you find your access to online services disrupted, please call us for help at 1-888-SYNOVUS for assistance completing critical business tasks.
We’re committed to being here for you before and during the storm. We’ll also post to Facebook and Twitter as weather conditions progress.
