- Impacted Synovus customers will not be charged to cash checks issued by FEMA.
- Early withdrawal penalty fees will be waived on CDs if funds are needed prior to maturity.
- Consumer and Small Business credit card payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Call us at 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say “personal credit card” or “business credit card” to discuss your options.
- Loan payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Please contact your banker directly or call 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887).
- If you have questions about your mortgage payments or need payment relief assistance, please contact Mortgage Customer Service at 800-803-0803.
