Just like you, we have our eyes on Hurricane Delta as the storm makes progress toward the Gulf coast. No matter where you live in the Southeast, you’re probably thinking about how the storm will impact your family, neighbors, and business.
Many of our branches and team members, while not currently in the projected path of the storm, could experience impacts of storms due to storm surge, power outages, etc. We’re actively monitoring if and when any locations must be closed or adjust hours. We’ll keep you updated on branch hours and closures outside of normally-scheduled hours on this page.
If you or your family are evacuating, please remember we have locations across the region, including Synovus ATMs, along major evacuation routes. Search for branch and ATM locations online or through the My Synovus app.
My Synovus, ATMs and Touchtone Banking all offer easy ways to check balances and transfer funds should you need to access your account on-the-go or send money to a loved one in the storm area.
Make sure you are enrolled in My Synovus and know your username and password. You may want to take a minute to update your settings to allow your security code to be sent by text instead of receiving a call to a landline.
