We know recovery won’t happen overnight and that your needs and concerns will change over time, but we’re committed to being with you every step of the way. Here are some of the ways we’re helping:

• Synovus fees will be refunded when customers use other banks' ATMs in affected areas during this time.
• Impacted Synovus customers will not be charged to cash checks issued by FEMA.
• Early withdrawal penalty fees will be waived on CDs if funds are needed prior to maturity.
• Consumer and Small Business credit card payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Call us at 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887) and say “personal credit card” or “business credit card” to discuss your options.
• Loan payment relief is available to impacted customers who qualify. Please contact your banker directly or call 888-SYNOVUS (796-6887).
• If you have questions about your mortgage payments or need payment relief assistance, please contact Mortgage Customer Service at 800-803-0803.
