Tallahassee State Names Frank Rudd, Oliver, and Lee to Advisory Board
OCTOBER 19, 2015, TALLAHASSEE, FL – Tallahassee State Bank, a division of Synovus Bank, today announced the appointment of Frank Rudd, Bill Oliver, and Melanie Lee to its Local Advisory Board. Rudd is president and CEO of the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). Oliver is president of OliverSperry Renovation, a leading commercial contractor in northwest Florida. Lee is general manager of Kia AutoSport.

Rudd was appointed president and CEO of FSAE in 2014 and previously held leadership posts at a number of state associations, including Florida Engineering Society, Florida School Food Service Association, and Florida Home Builders Association. He is a Tallahassee native and a graduate of Florida State University.
Oliver has more than three decades of building and construction experience and founded OliverSperry Renovation with Todd Sperry in 2007. Oliver serves on the board of Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, and his firm actively supports Second Harvest Food Bank, Children's Home Society, Big Bend Cares, Challenger Learning Center, ElderCare, TMH Foundation, and the Leon County School Foundation, among others.
Lee grew up in the auto dealer industry and became general manager of Tallahassee Kia AutoSport at age 22. She is active in a number of community service initiatives, including Meals on Wheels.
