Jason Gaylor Receives CB&T’s Bobby Flournoy Customer Covenant Award

Throughout the year, Columbus Bank and Trust recognizes team members who best exemplify our company’s Customer Covenant. This special recognition is named in memory of Bobby Flournoy, who for 23 years served the community in a way that set the standard for all CB&T team members to follow. Bobby is remembered for building lasting relationships for the bank and lasting friendships with the people he served.

During a recent team meeting CB&T President and CEO Billy Blanchard presented a Bobby Flournoy Customer Covenant Award to CB&T Senior Vice President Jason Gaylor. As Billy read from customer comments submitted for the nomination, it was evident Jason is definitely following in Bobby’s footsteps. Those comments included:

We’ve worked with some excellent officers, but none better than Jason. He knows our business, he stays in touch and he is always ready to help. I believe a business is only as good as its people, and Jason Gaylor is as good as it gets.

Jason is knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He’s a great banker, but there’s more. Jason has heart. He works right alongside of our team on charitable events to benefit our community. We’re just plain in love with this guy!

“Jason is the kind of banker and leader you want on your team,” commented Billy. “He is well-respected by fellow team members and truly admired, trusted and appreciated by his customers. He is most deserving of this recognition.”

Jason began his career with CB&T 18 years ago as a teller while still attending Columbus State University. He is currently a Commercial Lender and Senior Vice President of the bank.
