Business success is just a phone call away

Personal injury attorney Aaron Watson started his law firm in 2016, and shortly after, it came time to also start a business banking relationship. He came to Synovus after being referred by a friend, and the relationship was born. Synovus has taken a proactive role in the Watson Firm’s growth over the past four years, providing Aaron with the resources needed to operate his payroll, maintain business operations, and even buy his own office space.

“I’ve met with Synovus on several occasions to explain my vision for my law firm and vision for our growth,” he says. The Watson Firm started in a very small office with just a handful of employees, but the team quickly outgrew its space as their clientele expanded. “I called my banker directly and said ‘I found a property and I’d like to buy it,’ and within 10 minutes, he faxed over a letter to the seller saying that I could afford it,” he says of the office space he currently occupies in downtown Pensacola. “It started with me simply making a phone call to my banker.”

And that line of communication runs both ways. Aaron says that his banker comes by his office periodically, adding that they also regularly chat via text and phone. His banker keeps him informed about new banking products that could be valuable to his business and offers tailored solutions to specifically meet his unique business needs.
