Emory Parker

Market Executive, Commercial Banker III

With almost three decades of experience under his belt, Emory F. Parker comes to Synovus as Market Executive, Commercial Banker III, in Americus. As an Americus native, he is in a unique position to truly know the nuances of the market—even more so because his father worked at Synovus. He remembers his father working at the bank (then Sumter County Bank and Sumter Bank and Trust) fondly. “Banking is in my blood,” he says.

So is community service. “Dad always taught me the importance of helping others and community service. I joined Synovus to do just that, through helping people with their financial needs, making their dreams come true. As we prosper together, our community benefits.”

In his spare time, Parker enjoys playing golf, yardwork, and spending time with his wife, two children, and three grandchildren.

When she isn’t helping customers with their banking needs, Tami enjoys painting, gardening and spending time with grandchildren.
