Synovus Appoints Market Executives for Enterprise and Dothan

COLUMBUS, GA., Jan. 21, 2021 –Synovus today announced the appointment of Philip Wilkes as market executive for Enterprise and Kerri DeShazo as market executive for Dothan, effective February 1. Wilkes and DeShazo succeed Lamar Loftin, who will retire from Synovus at the end of the month after 42 years with the bank.

DeShazo has 26 years of banking experience and joined Synovus in 2008. She is a graduate of Troy University and lives in Headland. Wilkes’ banking career began in 1984 with Coffee County Bank, which was later acquired by Synovus. He attended Enterprise State Community College and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
